Most of our jewellery is handmade to order. Depending on the item, please allow 2-4 weeks for your piece to be shipped. If you need your item sooner, please email us at info@visceralstudio.com.au before placing your order.

In stock items will ship within 3 business days.

For orders within Australia…

A flat shipping rate of $15 will apply. Free shipping for all orders over $500.

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express with signature on delivery.

For all international orders….

A flat shipping rate of $30 will apply. All international orders are sent via Australia Post International, with an estimated 8–12 business days from dispatch to delivery.

Please note that international orders are not inclusive of any duties, taxes or other charges that may be assessed when your order arrives in your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for all import charges as you will be solely responsible for them. 

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email info@visceralstudio.com.au. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit; In this event please contact the carrier and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please make your selection carefully. If you have any questions, please email info@visceralstudio.com.au prior to placing your order.

All rings are in standard Australia/UK sizing. Please refer to the chart in the Ring Size section to determine your size.

STERLING SILVER PIECES

Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time. Silver develops this natural tarnish when exposed to air, water and moisture. To best care for your jewellery, we recommend removing it prior to showering or swimming, avoiding contact with perfumes and moisturisers, and avoiding exposure to household cleaning products. Store your jewellery in a cool dry space when not in use. Silver can be cleaned with a soft silver polishing cloth or with warm, soapy water.

SOLID GOLD PIECES

Our fine jewellery pieces are made in 9ct and 18ct solid gold. Solid gold pieces can be easily cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Use a gold polishing cloth if required.

Pieces are covered up to 6 months for manufacturing faults. 

If you believe an item you receive is faulty, please email info@visceralstudio.com.au to organise a repair or exchange. Please include your order number and a photograph of the faulty item. If the fault is due to manufacturing we will reimburse the shipping costs associated with the repair.

Pieces considered damaged from general wear and tear will not be considered for return.

Items needing repair outside the 6-month period may incur a fee. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please email info@visceralstudio.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
