Most of our jewellery is handmade to order. Depending on the item, please allow 2-4 weeks for your piece to be delivered within Australia. If you need your item sooner, please email us at info@visceralstudio.com.au before placing your order.

In stock items will ship within 3 business days.

For orders within Australia…

A flat shipping rate of $15 will apply to orders below $500. We offer free shipping for all orders over $500.

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express with signature on delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. If your piece is taking longer than it should please email info@visceralstudio.com.au and quote your order number.

For international orders….

A flat shipping rate of $30 will apply. All international orders are sent via Australia Post International, with an estimated 8–12 business days from dispatch to delivery.

Please note that international orders are not inclusive of any duties, taxes or other charges that may be assessed when your order arrives in your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for all import charges as you will be solely responsible for them.

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, please promptly email info@visceralstudio.com.au. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit; In this event, please contact the carrier and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests.   

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please make your selection carefully. If you have any questions, please email info@visceralstudio.com.au prior to placing your order.

All rings are in standard Australia/UK sizing. Please refer to the Size section to determine your size.

Handmade jewellery is delicate, so for a long-lasting relationship with years of wear please take the time to look after your piece with care. 

Sterling silver pieces

Sterling silver can scratch and naturally oxidises over time. Silver develops this natural tarnish when exposed to air, water and moisture. Store your jewellery in a cool dry space when not in use. Silica sachets can be stored with your jewellery to draw away moisture, reducing oxidation. Occasionally clean pieces with a soft silver polishing cloth or with warm, soapy water. Beauty products, such as perfume, hairspray and deodorant, should be applied before putting on your jewellery.  

To remove tarnish, mix together a teaspoon of bi-carb soda and water to create a paste and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. Once it is cleaned, rinse it under water and dry using a cloth. 

Solid gold pieces

Solid gold pieces can be easily cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Use a gold polishing cloth if required.

Pieces with stones

If your piece has a set stone it would be best to avoid the stone coming into contact with hard or rough surfaces as it may scratch or chip.

We will gladly repair or replace within 6 months, any product deemed defective due to workmanship or material. If you believe an item you receive is faulty, please email info@visceralstudio.com.au to organise a repair or exchange. Please include your order number and a photograph of the faulty item. If the fault is due to manufacturing, we will reimburse the shipping costs associated with the repair.

Pieces considered damaged from general wear and tear will not be considered for return.

Items needing repair outside the 6-month period may incur a fee. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@visceralstudio.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
